NOTE : This is a full‑time, permanent, on‑site position in downtown Vancouver.
First and foremost, this is a sales role, and objection handling is expected. You must be an excellent listener, a clear communicator (as everything is done over the phone), and capable of providing industry‑leading service to our customers. If you are a sales‑driven individual, this is the opportunity for you!
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Convert warm inbound leads into sales
- Provide financial education to every customer
- Handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Close and guide customers through the sales process
- Effective use of our CRM system. Previous use of Salesforce an asset but not required
