Job description

Help Deliver the Future of Usage-Based Billing

LogiSense is looking for a curious, motivated Marketing Specialist who enjoys turning ideas into finished work. This entry-level role suits someone who writes clearly, learns quickly, asks thoughtful questions, and follows through. You will help bring our content and campaigns to market while developing your skills in enterprise SaaS marketing.

You will report to the VP Sales and receive day-to-day mentorship, guidance, and feedback from the Demand Marketing Manager. Your initial focus will be content publishing, campaign assets, and calendar coordination, with marketing operations and reporting added as your skills develop.

At LogiSense, we believe billing should be simple and transparent. Our cloud-based billing and monetization platform helps innovative companies automate and scale complex usage-based and subscription billing models. Your work will help us bring that story to market as usage-based and AI-driven business models reshape how technology companies monetize.

Why Join LogiSense?

  • Remote-first culture with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada
  • A people-first environment that values integrity, balance, accountability, and innovation
  • Practical experience across content, campaigns, and modern B2B marketing tools, with coaching as you learn
  • Direct exposure to emerging topics including usage-based pricing, AI monetization, SaaS, cloud, and communications technology
  • The opportunity to earn ownership of selected marketing functions as your skills and confidence grow
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and funded learning and development opportunities

The Role

You will start by repurposing content, building emails and landing pages, and keeping marketing deliverables moving. You will learn our buyers and their business problems, and how your work helps generate qualified sales opportunities.

Over time, you could own activities such as newsletter delivery, LinkedIn publishing, webinar coordination, or campaign reporting. Your responsibilities will grow with your demonstrated readiness and business needs. We value people who act on feedback, suggest improvements, and try ideas within agreed priorities and approval boundaries.

At LogiSense, we live by three core values: Be good. Seek balance. Get paid. They guide everything we do - and we hope they resonate with you too.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Content & Campaign Execution

  • Prepare, repurpose, publish, and promote approved content across our blog, website, newsletter, email, and LinkedIn channels.
  • Build campaign assets such as landing pages, emails, forms, calls to action, lists, and tracking links from approved briefs.
  • Keep the content and campaign calendar organized so deliverables, approvals, launches, and follow-up happen on time.
  • Apply careful QA to links, forms, tracking, formatting, audience selection, and campaign functionality before launch.
  • Support paid and organic campaign administration within the direction and budgets

Marketing Operations & Reporting

  • Learn to build and maintain HubSpot campaigns, lists, and workflows with training, documented standards, and review.
  • Maintain clean campaign data, UTM conventions, and tracking so the team can see what is working.
  • Progressively prepare recurring reports, explain basic results, and flag unusual changes or data gaps.
  • Support accurate campaign handoffs to Sales and consistent marketing and sales data in HubSpot, with guidance.
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully for research, drafting, repurposing, and productivity while applying human review for accuracy and brand quality.

Expertise and Experience

  • Practical marketing experience with work you can discuss. Full-time roles, co-ops, internships, agency work, and substantial student, volunteer, or personal projects can all count.
  • Evidence that you can learn unfamiliar digital tools, solve practical problems, and apply feedback to improve your work.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an interest in making complex technology and customer problems easy to understand.
  • A basic understanding of email, social, and web marketing, plus a willingness to learn campaign tracking and performance measurement.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a habit of checking your work before it goes live.
  • Strong organization and follow-through across multiple deadlines in a remote, collaborative environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform; prior experience is helpful but not required.
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS or technology marketing, GA4, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with website CMS tools, basic SEO, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, trade shows, or content-led demand generation programs.

Find Your Balance With Us

Flexible Work, Built Around You

  • Remote-first work within Canada, with flexibility and collaboration built into how we work
  • A culture of trust and autonomy where your results matter more than where you sit

Well-Being & Growth

  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and a company-wide holiday shutdown
  • Dedicated time and funding for personal learning, certifications, and professional development
  • A collaborative and respectful environment where you can grow - and help others grow too
  • Opportunities to take on challenging work that expands your skill set and impact

Get Paid What You're Worth

Compensation & Benefits

  • A competitive salary within the approved range of $65,000 - $75,000 with RRSP matching
  • A comprehensive benefits package covering dental, vision, prescription, and extended healthcare that begins on day one
  • Paid vacation and additional company holidays

Additional Perks

  • Access to stock options and equity for long-term, high-impact contributors
  • eam events, company swag, and a culture that celebrates people, passion, and progress
