Business Management Specialist

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Business Management Specialist in Kitchener, Ontario. This role, primarily functioning in the industry of business management, involves managing a diverse portfolio of business activities for complex or high-risk areas, implementing policies, processes, and initiatives to meet business management, strategy, and governance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Implement policies and processes to meet business management, strategy, and governance objectives
• Manage a diverse portfolio of business management activities for complex or high-risk functional area(s)
• Regularly interface with management to deliver work activities
• Lead on various risk programs and be responsible for metrics gathering and reporting
• Act as a liaison to report users, ensuring feedback and requirements are gathered through running regular touchpoints
• Assist with issues tracking and management routines within the risk team
• Review technology standards from a feasibility perspective
• Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, and CRM for various tasks
• Apply knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, About Time, AB Testing, Agile Scrum in the execution of duties
• Employ skills in Budget Processes and Change Management in the role.
• Proven expertise in using Atlassian Jira for project management.
• Experience with Cisco Technologies for network management.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies.
• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Solid experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
• Proficiency in using About Time for time tracking and project management.
• Experience in conducting and analyzing AB Testing for product optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies for project management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing budget processes.
• Strong skills in Change Management, with the ability to guide teams through transitional periods.
