With over 1,500 lawyers in over 60 offices, we provide our clients with a full range of services in the area of employment relations and immigration. Summary : This position will appeal to candidates who thrive in a high performance culture, supporting a fast-paced, established Immigration practice. Experience in work permit and permanent residence applications is essential.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required :
- Candidates should possess at least two years' corporate immigration experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Strong drafting skills are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to take initiative when appropriate.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience monitoring deadlines and prioritizing work.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- A confident, proactive approach to working within a challenging legal environment.
- Bilingualism would be an asset.
