Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems while adhering to safety and industry standards.
- Identify sales opportunities during service calls and offer suitable HVAC solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with the team to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to provide effective and timely solutions.
- Manage installation projects from start to completion, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, while building positive customer relationships and offering relevant services.
