We are actively seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to join us during an exciting phase of company-wide growth! 3 days in-office with the flexibility to work remotely for two days. Source and recruit talent, filling junior to senior level roles within the light industrial and hospitality sectors. Partner and collaborate with internal senior managers to understand staffing needs and strategically source candidates through a diverse network of resources. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducting in-depth interviews and skill-marketing for future hiring requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client and candidate details, tracking recruitment and placement activities. 1-3 years of recruitment experience, staffing industry experience is preferred. ~ Extensive sourcing and head-hunting experience using various strategies such as social networks, research, and personal network. ~ Strong computer and administrative skills, including data entry and proficiency in MS Office. ~ 3 days a week at our corporate headquarters, with the flexibility to work remotely for two days.
