Responsibilities :

• Handling all Human Resources functions for over 80 employees
• Monitor, facilitate and complete all full cycle recruitment needs for the company
• Review and approve payroll as well as maintain benefit packages for the employee group
• Handle WSIB claims from initial steps until case completion
• Direct and represent management in various company Health & Safety programs
• Liaise between employees and employers to help resolve internal conflicts
• Give direction and guidance to management with respect to performance evaluations, succession plans, employee relations, disciplinary procedures and terminations
