The Production Coordinator is responsible for supervising and coordinating production activities in our food manufacturing plant.
The Production Coordinator's responsibilities include planning production schedules, coordinating human and material resources, supervising field operations and supervisors, resolving problems encountered during the production process, and monitoring performance indicators to ensure efficient production.
He / she must be familiar with food quality and safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities :

Skills and qualifications :
Operations management, continuous improvement or engineering background
Mastery of continuous improvement / quality tools (5S, kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.)
Good command of IT tools (Office Suite)
Ability to work on several projects at the same time
