Using your skills for recruiting top talent, you’ll play a key role in the hiring process for FCC’s teams. You’ll build the talent pipeline by sourcing, screening and creating a shortlist of candidates, conducting interviews and negotiating offers. By creating a positive experience throughout the entire recruitment and selection process, you’ll contribute to the successful recruitment and retention of highly skilled professionals.
This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.
What you’ll do :
- Coach hiring managers on language and other job requirements for open positions
- Prepare pre-screening, testing and interview assessments
- Provide subject matter expertise throughout the recruitment process
- Execute creative and targeted sourcing strategies to attract appropriate candidates
- Ensure compliance with employment, Official Languages and Human Rights legislation
