This is a 24-Month Contract Position, with a potential of becoming permanent.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to shine as an HR Manager in Fraser Valley for one of our groovy manufacturing clients!
Responsibilities :
- Recruitment Wizardry : You'll be the HR Maestro, utilizing your keen eye for talent to attract and hire the best candidates for their dynamic manufacturing team. Whether you're a seasoned guru or a budding sorcerer, your recruitment skills will be put to the test.
- Multi-Hat Mastery : From training and performance management to handling health and safety protocols and navigating the world of WCB claims, you'll be the all-around HR extraordinaire keeping the show running smoothly.
- Expert Employee Relations Specialist : As theHR Manager, you'll be the go-to person for handling complex and sensitive employee relations and human resources issues that have significant organizational impact or potential legal ramifications. Your expert guidance and decision-making skills will be crucial in resolving conflicts and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
- Navigating Legal Waters : With a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations, you'll ensure that all HR practices and actions align with legal requirements. Your ability to assess situations objectively and address potential risks will safeguard the organization from legal disputes.
- Confidentiality Champion : You'll maintain the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive HR matters, demonstrating professionalism and trustworthiness in handling employee-related information.
- Mediator Extraordinaire : As conflicts arise, you'll act as a skilled mediator, working with employees and management to find fair and amicable solutions. Your diplomatic approach and problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in fostering positive working relationships.
- Policy and Procedure Implementation : Collaborating with relevant stakeholders, you'll implement and communicate HR policies and procedures effectively throughout the organization. Ensuring compliance with these guidelines will contribute to a consistent and equitable work environment.
- Data-Driven Insights : As the HR Manager, you'll be responsible for analyzing and reporting on retention and employee satisfaction metrics at a departmental level. You'll gather relevant data, conduct thorough analyses, and transform raw information into actionable insights that inform decision-making processes.
