Job descriptionAssist in the administration of various Human Resources programs and initiatives Process documentation and prepare reports for HR and Health and Safety activities Support recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, pre-employment verifications, and new employee documentation Coordinate training and development programs, including organizing activities, maintaining records, and monitoring training compliance Administer payroll and benefits, including time card data entry / verification, benefits documentation processing, and bi-weekly payroll submission Revise and maintain HR documentation such as manuals, guidelines, and forms Attend JHSC meetings and prepare minutes Ensure department filing is secure, up-to-date, and accurate Forward employee information or changes for HRIS entry Respond to general employee inquiries Perform other duties as required College diploma or degree ideally in Human Resources 6 months to 2 years+ of experience in human resources or administration Bilingual (fluent in French), excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Tact and diplomacy Familiarity with standard office equipment Confidentiality and accuracy are essential to prevent productivity loss and additional costs
