JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a HR business partner for the Powersports group to work in a collaborative environment that fosters world class professional development. You will be part of a dynamic and passionate team having a great influence on the decision making.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :

• Is the main connection between BRP and HR function, the main point of contact of all management levels of BRP and a secondary point of contact for employees
• Develops trustworthy relationships by being a trusted advisor with the ability to understand and influence the business strategy and goals and translate them into actionable business aligned people strategies
• Coaches on leaders’ effectiveness and helps solving business problems through diagnostic thinking, effective questions and creative thinking
• Develops client-focused engagement and retention strategies
• Support teams in business transformation strategies and activities including organizational design, change management, etc.
• Supports the development and implementation of HR plans, programs, and tools with business leaders and Global Practices to build and enhance organizational capability
• Focus on strategic people issues, trends, and solutions that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of BRP
