Job Description
At CIMA+, our strength lies in our people. We're currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who shares our commitment to collaboration, excellence, and innovation to help support our continued growth in Ontario.
As an HRBP, you will serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and employees across the province. Reporting to the Lead HR Manager and working as part of a dynamic, supportive HR team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering meaningful, people-centered HR solutions that align with both regional needs and our organizational vision. Your work will directly contribute to creating a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture-hallmarks of the CIMA+ experience.
You could be based out of our Mississauga or Bowmanville offices, with the expectation to be in the office at least 2 times / week and will support our offices across Ontario.
