The ROLE
HR Policy, Compliance & Legislative Guidance
- Advise on legislated requirements and ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR due diligence and liability controls.
- Monitor trends impacting HR practices and recommend adjustments.
