Role : HR Generalist
Location : Brantford
Modality : Hybrid
Temporary position (3 months minimum)
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our client's team. In this role, you will collaborate with managers to foster a positive work environment and support employee relations. Your responsibilities will include managing employee movements, performance management, and ensuring compliance with our headquarters' HR philosophy. You will also play a key role in accident prevention and workplace safety, as well as contribute to enhancing the overall employee experience.
