Qualifications and Experience
Minimum one-year certificate in office administration, Human Resources, or a related field, plus one year of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Windows programs, with strong keyboarding skills; experience with HR software, SmartFind Express, and Parklane is an asset.
Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and provide professional customer service across all levels of the organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a solid understanding of grammar, spelling, and composition. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and effectively organize, prioritize, and multitask with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of human resources operations would be an asset Hours of Work : 35 hours per week Rate of Pay : $22.53 $26.24 - In accordance with the Terms and conditions of Employment for Non-Union, Management, Administrative and Supervisory Employees;
This rate of pay is subject to change, pending the implementation of remedy payment related to Bill 124 : Protecting a Sustainable Public Sector for Future Generations Act, 2019 and other related annual increase(s).
