Certificate, diploma, or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years in senior sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within a full-service hotel. Demonstrated success in revenue generation, expense management, and team leadership. Proficiency with sales CRM systems, marketing tools, and industry best practices.
