Key Duties

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional and mentor a team of pharmacists and support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Develop and implement innovative health services and programs that meet the needs of the local community.Provide expert advice and guidance to patients on medication management and health-related strong relationships with local healthcare providers and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance metrics, implementing strategies for the pharmacy is stocked with necessary medications and products, managing inventory effectively.
