About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP QM Consultant with a strong background in SAP ECC 6.0 to join our internal IT team on a temporary basis. This role will play a critical part in advancing our quality management capabilities by implementing SAP inspection plans and quality notification workflows. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver tailored SAP QM solutions and replace existing non-SAP quality notification processes.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze quality management requirements, translating these into effective SAP QM solutions.
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP QM inspection plan functionalities within SAP ECC 6.0.
Configure and optimize SAP quality notification workflows, replacing current non-SAP tools to improve process efficiency and traceability.
Provide hands-on support to key users during system testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases to ensure successful deployment.
Analyze ongoing business needs related to quality management and help define a strategic roadmap in partnership with stakeholders to enhance SAP QM capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP QM Consultant with demonstrated expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 .

Proven experience in implementing inspection plans and quality notification workflows within SAP QM.

Strong understanding of SAP QM processes and integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP).

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users and IT teams.

Experience supporting system testing and end-user training.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and meet business needs.
