We are currently recruiting for an  Order Management Representative  to join our growing team in Whitby! ATX Networks offers an outstanding work environment and competitive compensation package.

Reporting directly to the Manager, Order Management the Order Management Representative is responsible for ensuring; the quality manufacture and shipment of client product, client satisfaction and account retention by accurately receiving, entering, monitoring and documenting client orders, to point of shipment, responding to and appropriately addressing client inquires or complaints, processing change requests and communicating with internal departments. The Order Management Representative will also support the Regional Sales Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide Order Management and product knowledge support to internal and external customers;
  • Daily retrieval of Purchase Orders;
  • Perform data entry, order entry and invoicing;
  • Support the Sales team as required;
  • Generate reports from ERP or other specified avenues, as requested;
  • Perform all duties for major accounts, if applicable;
  • Prepare customs documentation and all required paperwork for product shipment;
  • Handle International Logistics including : preparing Performa Invoices, Letters of Credit, Country of Origin documentation and Incoterm;
  • Delivery of information to appropriate departments effectively and on time;
  • Respond to client inquires and appropriately address complaints;
  • Problem solve issues relating to customer orders and order entry;
  • Provide back up support for other Order Management Representatives during absences and breaks;

QUALIFICATIONS :

The following criteria are the minimum qualifications required for this position :

  • College Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management or other relevant field;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar Order Management role, within a manufacturing environment;
  • Some knowledge and experience with international shipments (customs documentation);
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Epicor 10 ERP or other ERP systems
  • Service oriented;
  • Excellent organizational, time management, analytical and follow-up skills;
  • Superior communication skills both oral and written;
  • Proficient with various computer programs including; Microsoft Word, Outlook and internet applications;
  • Intermediate level in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup);
  • Ability perform basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply and divide);
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required.
