Job Description

As a Site Administrator, you will support the appropriate FLINT’s Manager and/or Site Superintendent as required. This position may be working in partnership with client site clerk to ensure project completion in a timely and accurate manner. This is a 6-week Turnaround in Taylor, BC starting August 23rd, 2026, to October 5th, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 10-days on, 4-days off for the first 2 weeks and a continuous schedule until October 5th, 2026, LOA of $200/day, travel pay, and benefits after 300 hours worked.

What would you be doing?

  • Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, cost tracking, preparing daily time sheets for upload and ensuring the template is completed and ready by the end of each day, managing hire/termination forms, and general office duties such as scheduling meetings and ordering supplies.
  • Handle daily time tickets, cost coding, purchase orders, meeting minutes, and hire packages. Forward required documents to relevant stakeholders within deadlines.
  • Facilitate communication between staff, management, and external contacts. Ensure manpower requests and recruitment information are accurately coordinated and delivered.
  • Assist project controllers, resolve account discrepancies, distribute pay advice, and perform additional tasks as needed to support site operations.

Qualifications

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial site setting.
  • At least a High School Diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, along with strong skills in the MS Office suite and general computer applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all organizational levels and foster teamwork.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities, effective prioritization, and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Cooperative attitude, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and customers.


Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.

Hourly rate is $35.
