Successful candidate is required to go to the office once a month. Office located at 250 Yonge St. in Downtown Toronto, Ontario Canada.

Hours of work : Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Seeking a "Service Associate, Mutual Funds" to join a dynamic team at Bank of Montreal within their Wealth Management Operations group. The team's core mission is to facilitate the swift and efficient transfer-in of assets for high net worth clients at BMO Private Wealth (Nesbitt Burns / Investorline). Executes and delivers on Investment product and service processes ensuring adherence with financial and regulatory controls and operational guidelines.

• Able to multitask without loss of productivity or quality.
• Able to collaborate well with others, work closely with both internal and external partners.
• Ability to organize, prioritize daily work effectively and efficiently.
• Must be a team player who can also work independently.
• Good communication and written skills.

Provides support and service for the Investment Operations function of BMO's business stakeholders and customers under Wealth Management Operations - Account Servicing Group. Executes and delivers on Investment product and service processes ensuring adherence with financial and regulatory controls and operational guidelines.

37,500.00 - $69,500.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
