Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
90,710 - $122,726Process improvement expertise rewarded
Lead credit policy and process redesign and improvement. You’ll support customer-facing staff, mitigating credit risk and enhancing the customer and employee experience.
What you’ll do :
Collaborate with colleagues on enterprise-wide projects
Assess risk appetite and customer impacts
Design and manage credit policies and procedures
Evaluate recommendations and evaluate goals, deliverables and results
Provide informal leadership to the team on various projects

What you’ll need :
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance or agriculture and at least five years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
