Ness is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in the Insurance domain, and 10+ years of relevant Project Management experience. Strong Experience working on agile projects is required.

Role Description :

• Follow standard agile scrum practices for software development
• Schedule & perform Agile scrum ceremonies and ensure on-time delivery as per the plan
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Develop product roadmap and prioritize user stories along with Product Owner
• Direct, plan and co-ordinate activities
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and relevant teams for mitigating any issues, resolving dependency
• Track & publish engineering metrics and periodic updates
