Guide and support new employees, practicum students, and volunteers, as directed by the unit manager. Lead by example, representing the agency’s values and demonstrating fairness, respect, and positivity. Collaborate and communicate with the multidisciplinary team when required. Contribute to the operational budget and unit’s capital plan. Track and reconcile expenses, submitting receipts for approved expenditures. Ensure agency vehicle logs are completed accurately when needed. Take pride in maintaining and caring for assigned assets and resources, including buildings, vehicles, furnishings, and equipment. Prioritize, promote and reinforce safe work practices, creating a secure environment for both participants and staff. Adhere to all agency and government regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure the well-being of everyone involved. The incumbent is responsible for completing all mandatory training requirements for the position as per agency policy and guidelines. Employees must hold a class five (5) novice two (2) or higher driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our commercial auto insurance policy.

Qualifications
- Completion of a High school diploma.

Salary
