Job description
Nous recherchons un Administrateur de la Paie extrêmement organisé et minutieux pour rejoindre l' équipe de notre client basée à St-Eustache, Quebec. En tant qu'Administrateur de la Paie, vous serez chargé de la gestion de la paie bimensuelle pour un certain nombre d'employés, de la gestion des dépôts directs, des déductions, des feuilles de temps, et de la soumission des rapports de paie et des déclarations fiscales. Vous serez également amené à effectuer certaines tâches liées aux ressources humaines.
Responsabilités :
- Gérer la paie bimensuelle avec précision et efficacité
- Gérer les dépôts directs, les déductions et les feuilles de temps
- Soumettre les rapports de paie et les déclarations fiscales en temps
- Soutenir les exigences de reporting pour les audits
- Effectuer des tâches liées aux ressources humaines selon les besoins
- Utiliser ADP pour les tâches liées à la paie et aux ressources humaines
- Maintenir à jour les dossiers précis des employés pour assurer une gestion efficace de la paie et des ressources humaines.
- Expérience confirmée en tant qu'administrateur de la paie
- Maîtrise du logiciel ADP - Payroll
- Connaissance approfondie des lois et règlements relatifs à la paie
- Connaissance des principes de base de la comptabilité
- Expérience en administration des ressources humaines (RH)
- Capacité à gérer des tâches multiples et à respecter les délais
- Fortes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
- Attention aux détails et précision dans le travail
- Diplôme en comptabilité, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe
- Disponibilité pour travailler à temps plein
