About the Role On behalf of our client in the Pharmacyindustry , the company is seeking a motivated Production Systems Administrator ready to take on new challenges. Your Responsibilities As a Production Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for :

Collaborate within a team to deploy and support the segmentation and isolation of IT and production Operation Technology (OT) networks and infrastructure. This involves ensuring that IT and OT systems are securely separated and function efficiently to meet organizational needs.

Conduct knowledge transfer sessions between Production and IT Infrastructure teams post-implementation.

Maintain and support all network hardware, including switches, firewalls, and access points in the production network.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot physical servers.

Install, configure, and troubleshooting Windows Server (2016 - 2025).

Install configure and troubleshoot Hyper-V.

Continuously monitor the capacity and performance of the company's segmented production network, servers, storage, etc.

Provide after-hours on-call support and other duties as assigned.

Analyze, recommend, and implement modern technologies and improvements to infrastructure.

Perform thorough technical analysis of any incident on Microsoft, Linux, network infrastructure, and in-house systems and escalate / liaise with other teams / departments, when necessary, to resolve an incident.

Identify service restoration automation opportunities and apply automated response via scripted methods.

Work with all IT teams to achieve our SLO (Service Level Objectives).

Must travel to our offices around the world for maintenance and installation. Your Qualifications Education / Experience :   Experience with FortiGate firewalls / routers / switches Key Skills :

Will need to Travel more than 30% of the time.

Strong understanding of hybrid IT environments (on-premises and Azure).

Familiarity with Dell servers and network hardware.

Proficiency in scripting for automation (PowerShell, Terraform preferred).

Communication verbal French, Portuguese or Spanish.

3+ Years’ Experience with PowerShell / Terraform Scripting.

Knowledge of SolarWinds, or similar monitoring platforms.

Working knowledge performing security tasks and backup / restoration procedures. Personal Qualities :
