We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales, based out of our Calgary office, to lead our Canadian external wholesaling team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in alternative investments and extensive experience in managing sales teams. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of external wholesalers, setting clear performance objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Strategy Development : Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the alternative investment space, aligning with company goals.
- Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in alternative investments.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, financial advisors, and industry partners.
- Sales Training : Provide training and support to wholesalers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on team performance and market opportunities.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and compliance teams to align strategies and enhance product offerings.

What We Offer :
Compensation : $175,000-$225,000 base salary + excellent commission structure
