Responsibilities

Conceive, design, develop and deploy various print and digital marketing concepts and tools

Actively participate in the development of creative ideas and concepts, and make recommendations on new initiatives, methods and content based on current trends

Research, develop, retouch and process images

Coordinate and execute regular updates of leasing marketing materials in collaboration with the leasing team

Apply brand guidelines and ensure compliance with graphic standards, consistency and quality of graphic communications within the company

Manage the production schedule with suppliers and internal teams to produce, deliver and install material within the required deadlines

Coordinate feasibility, quotations, production, and billing follow-up with various stakeholders

Be a leader and brand ambassador

Be responsible for the brand's filing system and graphic resources

Perform all other related tasks

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in graphic design

Bachelor's degree or D.E.C. in graphic design / graphics / infography or equivalent studies

In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud software suite

Knowledge of production techniques for various materials

Knowledge of Asana an asset

Photography skills and knowledge of digital and video platforms, an asset

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Ability to execute quickly, to tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously

Overflowing creativity, curiosity, autonomy, sense of priorities

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, adaptability and flexibility

Mastery of branding concepts
