Animer, former et dvelopper l'quipe de service Garantir un climat social sain et motivant Contribuer au recrutement, aux horaires et aux suivis administratifs tre un ambassadeur de la marque en participant aux animations commerciales et au dveloppement de la stratgie marketing en interne et l'extrieur du restaurant Assurer un suivi rigoureux des flux financiers des services, grer les stocks et inventaires du bar et / ou cuisine aux cts du directeur et du gestionnaire de cuisine, participer l'analyse des rsultats financiers afin de garantir l'atteinte des objectifs et mettre en place des actions correctives. Veiller la propret et au bon tat du restaurant de faon permanente, participer l'entretien courant et respecter et faire respecter les normes de qualit des aliments, de scurit et d'hygine. Au moins 1 2 ans d'exprience en gestion dans le secteur de l' htellerie / restauration, dans un environnement fort volume d'activit Solide exprience en supervision sur le plancher Bonnes bases en gestion administrative et financire Excellentes comptences en communication en franais et capacit s'exprimer en anglais Exprience solide dans la gestion des ventes, de la rentabilit et de l'efficacit oprationnelle Forte orientation vers la satisfaction client Leadership inspirant et esprit entrepreneurial Expertise confirme en encadrement des quipes Capacit prouve motiver et grer le personnel Aptitude coacher et dvelopper une quipe Comptence en rsolution de conflits pour maintenir un climat de travail serein Attitude positive avec un dsir constant d'amlioration Autonomie dans la gestion de son travail et capacit tre proactif Grand sens du dtail et rigueur dans l'excution des tches Temps plein : 40 heures par semaine Disponibilit du lundi au dimanche avec 2 jours de repos par semaine Responsable des ouvertures et fermetures (rotation) Horaires varis : la personne devra parfois effectuer des quarts de jour, de soir et / ou de fin de semaine, selon les besoins du restaurant

Sous la supervision du Directeur, tu es responsable de la gestion quotidienne des oprations en salle : coordination du service, encadrement de l'quipe, exprience client, hygine, performance commerciale et gestion administrative.
