What does a Pre-Board Screening Officer do?

Screen the travelling public and their belongings

Ensure non-permitted items do not enter the secure area

Control access to restricted areas

Respond to alarms and report any events, illegal acts or violations

Participate in emergency operations within the airport

Qualifications to become a Pre-Board Screening Officer?

Must be a Canadian Citizen or a permanent resident

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Have a clean criminal record & eligible to obtain a RAIC (security clearance)

18 years of age or older

Must be located near Fredericton or willing to relocate before starting.

Contrôler les passagers, les non-passagers et les bagages.

Contrôler l'accès aux zones réglementées

Interagir avec le public et fournir un service à la clientèle professionnelle et éthique.

Suivre les règlements et les procédures tout en faisant preuve d'esprit critique.

Quelles sont les qualifications requises pour devenir agent de contrôle préembarquement?

Être citoyen canadien ou résident permanent

Être âgé de 18 ans ou plus

Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent

Anglais et Français parlé et écrit

Être éligible à l’obtention d’une CIZR

Capable d'obtenir un certificat médical et de satisfaire aux exigences physiques

Une année d'expérience en service à la clientèle
