- Become an expert in our longstanding (25+ years) product, Pogo, and its players.
- Design clear and efficient tooling and documentation for internal stakeholders to produce ongoing work, such as Limited Time Events, for Live Service.
- Balance and tune Pogo site-level systems such as Ranks or Challenges in new games.
- Balance and tune game economies, taking both player experience and monetization goals into consideration.
- Review design work of internal design team members and provide feedback.
- Work with relevant disciplines (Art, Engineering, Product, Production, UX) to align on game vision.
- Analyze market data and react to current trends in the industry to inform design decisions.
- Analyze internal data to understand our players’ experience and inform design decisions.
