Responsibilities
What your days will look like:

- Strategic Prospecting: Proactively contact senior executive decision-makers across the US and Canadian markets via phone, targeted email campaigns, and social media outreach.

- Account Mapping & Market Intelligence: Utilize advanced tech tools to map and target enterprise accounts within regulated industries (Life Sciences, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail).

- Consultative Sales & Opportunity Qualification: Uncover intent signals, qualify complex technical requirements, and schedule high-value strategic sales meetings.

- Pipeline & CRM Management: Meticulously document every interaction in the CRM, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work directly alongside sales leadership to refine messaging strategies and stay ahead of evolving market and AI technology trends.

Qualifications
The profile we are looking for will combine:

- Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field OR equivalent successful experience in corporate B2B prospecting/sales.

- "Hunter & Intrapreneur" Mindset: High resilience, drive, autonomy, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional active listening skills. You thrive on pushing your limits and are dedicated to coaching and continuous improvement (coachable).

- Language Skills: Native or fluent English skills (written and spoken) essential for daily outreach to US corporate executives, combined with strong bilingual capabilities.

- Assets: Proficiency with modern prospecting tech stacks and a keen interest in artificial intelligence and technological innovation.
