About the Role :

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Website UX / UI Designer to join our growing team at Netfolie Solutions Inc. This is a hybrid position, offering a blend of remote and in-office work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience designing and developing user-centered websites, using industry-standard tools and following current best practices. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Responsibilities :

Conduct user research and create user personas to inform design decisions.
Wireframing and prototyping website designs using Figma (and other relevant UX / UI tools).
Develop high-fidelity mockups and visual designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the smooth implementation of designs.
Stay up-to-date on the latest UX / UI trends and best practices.
Present design work to clients and stakeholders.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.

Qualifications :

5+ years of proven experience as a UX / UI Designer for websites.

Extensive experience with Figma (and other industry-standard design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).

Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of UX / UI website design projects.

Demonstrated ability to create user-centered and intuitive designs.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong understanding of responsive design principles.

Experience with A / B testing and user testing methodologies (a plus).
