We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will liaise with stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities and recommend solutions to enable the achievement of organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering :
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Analyze and translate business needs into solutions.
Solution Design :
Work closely with developers and solution architects to design and implement customized solutions.
Data Management :
Support data migration, data quality, and data integration activities.
System Testing & UAT :
Develop and execute test cases to validate requirements.
Stakeholder Management :
Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams.
Ongoing Support :
Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and recommend system enhancements.
Project Management :
Provide high level estimation for projects in scope and work with the team to manage resources.
Qualifications and Skills :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience :
5-7 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably with Salesforce.
Skills :
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Salary : $74,800.00 - $138,600.00
Pay Type : Salaried
