Your Opportunity

Our Vancouver office is looking for a Senior Accountant to join the Financial Reporting & Insights Group and own the following responsibilities :

• Prepare compilation engagements, in addition to corporate tax returns for clients in a variety of businesses and non‑profit enterprises
• Build effective working relationships with client contacts and respond effectively to client requests
• Prepare trust returns and trust working papers
• Prepare tax returns (T1s, T2s, T4s, T5s, UHT, GST / HST and charity returns)
• Ensure that all significant engagement matters are documented and brought to the attention of the Manager / Partner, and keep them informed of the progress of the engagement
• Follow up with appropriate government agencies on questions relating to payroll, assessments, GST, UHT and business numbers
