Your responsabilites :

• Oversees and coordinates the quarterly and annual consolidated financial review process to ensure financial information is accurate, timely and relevant and in accordance with SOX requirements;
• Prepares quarterly Management Discussion and Analysis;
• Collaborates in the preparation of financial information for the audit committee, board presentations and earnings release;
• Manages the filing of the quarterly and annual SEC filings, including the review of the XBRL filings and the Ontario Securities Commission filings;
• Contributes to the preparation of quarterly consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS;
• Supervises staff;
• Manages the chart of accounts and mapping;
• Develop financial reports for analysis through combination and consolidation of information from various systems;
• Prepares financial analysis as required;
• Reviews work done by the team;
• Responsible for certain corporate and consolidated aspects of the budgeting process;
• Assist in analyzing technical accounting issues, including agreements and / or contracts as well as preparing accounting positions memorandums;
• Participates in new subsidiaries integration including the following :
• o Compliance with procedures, mapping and controls including SOX requirements;

o Operational accounting integration within multidisciplinary teams (e.g., Taxation, Legal, Treasury).
