Job descriptionCPA, CA designation with a preference for candidates with public accounting experience (i.e. external audit). 6+ years work experience commensurate with the tasks above including 2+ years managerial experience. Blend of FP&A experience including review of valuations and budgets and investment transaction experience including due diligence. Strong systems skills including MS Office and any large ERP system.
Our GTA renowned industry leading client is looking to add a Manager, Finance to their growing team. The Manager, Finance will support the head office Finance team with investment management including : acquisitions, divestitures and developments as outlined below :
Main Responsibilities :
- Manage investment assets including stakeholder reporting and internal management reporting.
- Support various M&A activities including due diligence.
- Undertake financial planning & analysis (FP&A) responsibilities including budgets, forecasts and asset valuation models.
- Support ad hoc systems and operational projects.
