The Manager reporting to the Director, Expense Management will focus on reporting, forecasting, analysis and valueadded insights, and supporting strategic and annual planning process for Sun Life Health projects. This role will also oversee benchmarking and competitor insights to identify risks and opportunities for Sun Life Health.
This highly visible role is a key member of the Sun Life Health Expense Management Team accountable for collaborating with leaders and various teams on project reporting, forecasting and analysis, negotiating contracts, identifying risks and opportunities to drive expense optimization and recommending corrective actions and tradeoffs to ensure Sun Life Health leadership is executing against its financial goals and strategies.

This is a Senior level as it requires a candidate who has 5+ years of work experience and has critical thinking skills capable of distilling complex concepts into simple key messages and insights. In addition, the candidate should have excellent written and communication skills, strong attention to detail, strong prioritization and ability to deliver under tight timelines.
