Position Overview : Support the successful execution of construction projects by ensuring conformance to Stantec’s ISO requirements, corporate policies, project management framework, and client standards.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with leadership, finance, project managers, and project controllers to ensure successful project execution, financial health, and process optimization.
- Assist with project management best practices, including setup, revenue / cost forecasting, change management, budgeting, and business planning.
- Monitor financial progress, identify areas for improvement, and assess risks.
- Support internal processes such as project setups, forecasting, monitoring gross margins, invoicing, and contract reviews.
- Work closely with project teams to stay updated on project status, issues, and changes.
- Analyze data to identify trends and support leadership decision-making.
- Review project gross margins and collaborate on cost-saving measures.
- Ensure adherence to client standards and corporate policies, including reporting and quality reviews.
- Coordinate project deliverables, schedules, and contract management.
- Assist in training project controllers and managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support business development activities, including proposal preparation.
