L’équipe de GSI Électronique de St-Hubert se spécialise dans la conception et la fabrication de contrôleurs intelligents pour plusieurs types de fonctionnalités, qui permettent une gestion automatisée des fermes. Grâce à des plateformes infonuagique d’avant-garde, des applications mobiles et des systèmes embarqués, nous sommes très fiers d’être un partenaire de choix pour les compagnies agricoles.

Sommaire du poste

L’équipe de St-Hubert, est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) stagiaire en comptabilité qui jouera un rôle clé dans le soutien des comptes recevables et payables, tout en apportant une autre aux opérations. Le stagiaire participera activement à différents processus comptables et veillera à l’exactitude des transactions.

Vos tâches :

Participer aux divers processus comptables, tels que la saisie de factures payables, la facturation client et le classement de pièces justificatives.
Préparez des rapports financiers et des indicateurs clés de performances (KPI) pour aider à piloter le succès de l’organisation.
Participer au processus de fin de mois et assurer la précision des données.
Calculer les indicateurs de performance sur la productivité de la main d’œuvre pour optimiser les opérations.
Développer des outils et des rapports dans une optique d’amélioration continue.

Vos qualifications :

Baccalauréat en administration, comptabilité, finance ou toute autre domaine connexe (complété ou en cours)

Maîtrise intermédiaire de Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, fichiers complexes)

Expérience avec un système intégré de type ERP (un atout)
