Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics, or related business / STEM fields. Internship or extracurricular experience in finance, accounting, or capital markets is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex concepts clearly. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and seek solutions to complex problems. Commitment to producing accurate, thorough work under tight deadlines. Quick learner with adaptability in a fast-paced environment. One-time signing bonus of $15,000. Summary
We are seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to join our team. The role involves executing corporate finance transactions, conducting complex business valuations, optimizing corporate structures, and engaging in sophisticated, high-scale insurance underwriting. These services support ultra-high-net-worth clients and the firm, under the supervision of an experienced team with backgrounds in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, and other corporate finance disciplines.
This position offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for an intrinsically motivated individual aiming to meet client objectives and create value.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Developing complex financial models for corporate transactions across various industries and for operating businesses.
- Managing due diligence and information collection processes with clients.
- Conducting first-principle asset valuations using multiple methodologies.
- Collaborating with third-party service providers to deliver comprehensive client solutions promptly and with high quality.
- Preparing client presentations and proposals, and leading or participating in discussions with third parties.
- Conducting thorough research on companies owned by clients, their industries, geographies, and competitive landscapes.
- Drafting detailed information memorandums and situation overviews for third-party use.
