A full-service urban real estate development company with in-house expertise in acquisitions, design, city approvals, debt and equity financing, construction, marketing, and sales, Intracorp combines an experienced corporate leadership team, North American platform, and proven track record with deep local relationships and expertise in the communities in which they operate (Vancouver, Seattle, Newport Beach, and Austin).

An opportunity now exists for a talented finance leader to join Intracorp Canada in a critical leadership position. Reporting to the President, the VP, Finance is a crucial team member and a strategic partner to the President, mandated to provide leadership and guidance in the achievement of Intracorp’s strategic, operational, and financial objectives.

They will oversee a team of 10 responsible for all aspects of reporting, forecasting, planning, budgeting, accounting, costing, and analysis supporting decision-making at all levels within the organization.

In addition, the VP, Finance will oversee the IT department as part of Intracorp’s business strategy. The VP will join a highly collaborative management team and work in an organization known for its positive and people-centric culture.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional, people-oriented finance leader with a track record leading teams and building a best-in-class accounting and reporting function within a progressive and sophisticated business environment.

Expertise in development or project accounting and reporting is an asset. The VP will bring exceptional communication and relationship building skill and be capable of working across the organization, contributing to all areas of the business while leading a diverse and capable team.

They will ideally bring a strong understanding how to drive continued efficiencies and how to leverage technology to drive increased automations and insights.

In accordance with BC’s Pay Transparency Act, the expected base salary range for this role is $215,000 - $275,000.
