Job descriptionAct as liaison and guide for Accounts by serving as their primary point of contact – “Be The Face” - engage with and interact with accounts through regular communication and occasional site visits Identify new strategies and techniques to increase sales with existing accounts and seek out new sales opportunities with new customers Develop clear understanding of individual client needs and preferences and collaborate with operations team to facilitate top tier customer service throughout all deal stages Own process throughout deal stages from initial contact to wrap-out and closing of account Maintain accurate and up to date information in CRM software and across full deal stages, from prospecting, throughout sale, and scheduled follow-up for feedback and future opportunities Maintain up to date records of available equipment to drive fleet utilization across all product categories Sound understanding of Company products and services in order to arrange the right equipment at the right time for our clients Work interdepartmentally to ensure equipment availability and address any equipment inquiries with accuracy Striving for 100% client retention, increasing profitability per client and the continual nurturing and growth of a client Communicate, lead and support other team members and departments to ensure they understand client needs and the client delivery requirements for optimal success Openly support change and drive new sales processes through modernization; where required Work with AR from time to time to help pick up payment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Film Production, Communications, or a related field. At least 8 years’ experience in relationship management, business development, a client-facing / sales management role Must have experience in the Film and TV industry Sound knowledge of the Film and TV industry, including production processes, funding models, market trends and the needs of the production industry clients Works best in a team environment Proven achievement in sales and client service

Headquartered in Etobicoke, ON ( nearest intersection of Browns Line and Lakeshore ), Starline Production Rentals Inc. was founded in 2000 and has grown steadily through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. Our resources include a fleet of over 850 specialized trucks and trailers to service the dynamic film and television industry. Supplying custom-built vehicles to accommodate actors, hair and make-up, cameras, rigging, wardrobe and more requires ongoing repair and maintenance.

We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Relationship Manager, with specialized experience in the Film and TV industry .
