We seek a dynamic and articulate individual to work in our call centre division, providing elite customer service care to our valuable clients. We are a fast-paced, growing company with a team of fun and fantastic individuals.

A successful candidate supports our pharmacists as a pharmacist's assistant. You have a positive and outgoing personality and effectively communicate verbally and in writing with patients over various mediums, including phone, email and text, and computer know-how and knowledge to navigate multiple software programs. In addition, you are a self-motivated, fast learner and can independently do a high volume of calls with minimal oversight post-training.

We place a high value on customer satisfaction. This position is a volume-driven and goal-oriented job with over 100 call stats per day.

ADDITIONAL BONUS EXPERIENCE

Customer service or call centre experience

Billing and / or accounts receivable experience

Email software and Slack

CRM tool experience

Pharmacy experience, knowing how to read prescriptions

Any healthcare-related fields

Providing patient care

HOURS : 40 hours a week

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm OR 9 am to 5 pm

Rotating Saturday 8 am to 2 pm

WAGES & BENEFITS

Starting wage $20 / hour, 40 hours / week,including a Saturday shift

Opportunity to increase salary after a probationary period based on performance and experience

Extended Benefits Program starts after 90-day probationary period

Bonus opportunities available based on performance
