Job description

Full service family practice in a FP clinic. Procedure room on-site for lumps and bumps. Shared call coverage for local LTC facility across the street. A collegial group of five FPs and and one NP. We also have an LPN on site three days per week. Social worker attached to practice via PCN.

Start Date:

  • September 1, (negotiable)

Remuneration:

  • FFS , LFP with Rural incentives noted below

Overhead:

  • Approximately 23%

Benefits:

  • May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including:
  • Recruitment Incentive: $10, (full-time)
  • Relocation Costs Reimbursement: up to $15, (amount based on location relocating from)
  • Fee Premium: 4.20%
  • Annual Flat Fee: $6,.80
  • Rural CME: starting at $2,.00/annum in year 3 & 4 to a maximum of $4,.00/annum after 4 years.
