Simply put, we are for those who want to challenge the status quo with the relentless pursuit to see what no one else sees.About the role : As a Media Director at Arrivals + Departures you lead the development, execution and optimization of media planning in both digital and offline in order to address our clients business challenges and goals. You have a keen eye on proactively identifying strategic growth opportunities for A+D and the clients business.You will lead the development of comprehensive media plans, incorporating your expertise in media strategy, campaign tactics and optimization establishing maximum engagement and ROI for our clients. While overseeing your active campaigns you will work with our extended media, client service, and creative teams to provide a holistic approach to meet campaign goals.You are a leader in A+D’s media department, you support your team members in various campaigns and projects while working with leadership on pitches, RFPs and leading client interactions, analyzing opportunities for relationship building and performance enhancement.Duties and Responsibilities : Identify and implement the best media solutions for each clients specific business challenges with strategic insights ensuring long term success of client goals from a leadership perspectiveCreate and manage campaigns and projects from conception to execution (with support from the execution team) and delivery, to client and project teams acting as key spokesperson for the workLead and mentor your team including building in time for strategic review and support, identifying growth opportunity and escalating challenges to the VPProactively monitor campaigns performance for actionable optimization and recommendations throughout campaigns implementing decisions for successLead all client portfolio interactions and presentations as subject matter expert - our clients know you are the reliable go-toEnsuring accurate reporting and history collection of campaigns for internal and external useAbility to develop and establish conversion points, measurements of success, and campaign budgetsWork with VP Media, Digital Lead + cross team leadership for RFPs, pitching and new business developmentStay up to date with media trends and test flagship and / or beta products for strategic integration and upskilling of teamAttributes and skills : 7+ years experience including experience working in leadership roles, managing client relationshipsYou bring experience in analytics, display, programmatic, social and search at the leadership levelYou possess a deep understanding of online and offline channels for campaign planning, execution, optimization and successIndustry certifications and upskilling for the industry changesExperience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)Strong integration of social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)Master of tools including Comscore and Looker StudioExcellent client interaction and presentation skillsExceptional attention to detail Able to manage and mentor junior team membersTalented and proactive in managing up to VP for escalation and supportStrong negotiator using strategic thinking for organization goals that align with client KPIsExpert level research skills to inform decision makingWe love people who are curious ask questions like to share knowledge and collaborate.
