Mandat :
Sous la responsabilité du directeur des exportations aériennes, l'agent des exportations aériennes est chargé de répondre à tous les besoins des clients en matière de documents d'exportation. Vos tâches quotidiennes comprendront la communication avec les clients et les agents du monde entier concernant leurs besoins en matière d'exportation ainsi qu'avec les compagnies aériennes et les transporteurs locaux. L'agent d'exportation doit s'assurer que tous les délais sont respectés afin de fournir un service exceptionnel aux clients de Delmar.
Exigences :
- Minimum 1 an d'expérience dans les opérations de fret aérien
- Solides compétences en matière de service à la clientèle
- Connaissance des procédures et exigences douanières canadiennes, principalement la plateforme CERS de l'ASFC
- Expérience de la négociation des tarifs avec les compagnies aériennes et les entreprises de camionnage, un atout.
- Bilingue, fortes aptitudes à la communication, écrite et orale, un atout
- Formation IATA sur les marchandises dangereuses
- Expérience avec CargoWise

Reporting to the Air Export Manager, the Air Export Agent is responsible for handling all customer needs regarding export documentation. Your daily tasks will include communicating with customers and agents worldwide regarding their export requirements as well as with airlines and local carriers. The Export Agent must ensure that all deadlines are met in order to provide outstanding service to Delmar’s clients.
