Recruiter for Automotive SalesmanThe Academie de la vente is currently looking for a recruiter to join its team.Reporting to the General Director, the position holder will bring his expertise and knowledge to the development and implementation of different talent attraction and acquisition strategies.We are looking for a candidate who will be able to solicit serious candidates who want a career in the automobile industry.You will have to implement different development strategies in order to represent automobile and recreational dealerships in the different mandates that you will have to carry out.REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICANT- Experience as a recruiter (an asset)- Excellent command of oral and written French- Bilingualism (French, English, an asset- Mastery of the Office suiteDESIRED SKILLS- Have excellent organizational skills- Prospect new customers, be comfortable on the phone- Have good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate- Promote teamwork and cooperation- Have an excellent sense of autonomy and priority managementWHAT THE SALES ACADEMY OFFERS YOU- Work-family balance- Continuing education- Friendly, dynamic and professional working atmosphere- IT tools provided by the employerThe Academie de la vente strives to offer permanent placement solutions in the field of sales.Our mission is to represent the interests of both our candidates and our dealers.We will be happy to support you in your recruitment processes.Types of employment : Full time, permanent 9 to 5 hours, Monday to FridaySalary, commissions and bonuses : 55K to 75K on an annual basis
