Key Responsibilities :
Manage the full 360degree recruitment cycle : sourcing screening interviewing and placing candidates.
Handle business development activities by identifying and engaging potential clients to understand their hiring needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
Source candidates through various online platforms (LinkedIn job boards social media etc.).
Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements.
Negotiate offers and close placements while ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Meet monthly targets for candidate placements and business development.
Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on recruitment trends market conditions and talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements :
Proven experience in fullcycle recruitment (360degree recruitment).
Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new clients and maintain longterm relationships.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn job boards etc.).
Highly motivated targetdriven and able to work independently.
Flexibility to work remotely with a focus on results and commission earnings.
